• Each Technician has an Individual Technician Training and Development Plan based on a personal skills assessment. This includes Basic Skills, Advanced Skills, and Productivity Skills such as Time Management,
• New Technicians follow a 60-90 day Orientation Training Program followed by mandatory "Arbon Start" Factory Training
• All Arbon Technicians must have successfully completed "Arbon Start Technician Training Program" for assuring the Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude required to perform Installations.
• Service and PMP on both Rite-Hite and competitive loading dock equipment as well as Power, Sectional, and Rolling Steel Doors.
• All Technicians are expected to be Factory Certified within their first year
• All 3 year Technicians are expected to achieve "MasterTechnician" status
• All Technicians attend new product and recertification training as needed.
• Factory trained and Certified for the job at hand
• Mandatory participation in monthly in house on-going safety and product training programs
• Fully insured and bonded
• D.O.T. Physical Compliant
• Trained and current on all OSHA mandated initial and annual training requirements
• Panel 7-11 drug screened technicians
• Not only highly skilled, but customer oriented
• Exposed to all types of service equipment |  |
